Boys room updates
My 9 year old and my 6 year old share a room. Over the past couple of months, I have made it a priority to declutter our house from top to bottom. I went through the boys toys and after using some of their wall decor they had outgrown in their litte brother’s room, I decided to gave their room a little facelift. My first step was to declutter the top of their shelves: all of those souvenirs and treasure box prizes found a permanent home you know where. Pantry organization
I have seen beautiful pantries on Pinterest and on some bloggers posts, beautiful shelves, beautiful containers and labels. You won’t see anything extraordinary in my pantry but I thought it would be nice to share my pantry with all of you so that you could see that you do not have to spend a lot of money to have an organized and happy pantry. Our Christmas Decor
Let me preface by saying that our Christmas is not really anything fancy and extraordinary. I would describe it as minimal and homey. Most of it has been accumulated over the past few years and I usually add one or those things each year. Last Friday I shared my Nativity scenes so they will not be included in this post. Nativity Scenes
Today, I thought that I would share my Nativity scenes with you. I like to put them up at the same time as the rest of my Christmas decor so the boys remember the real reason for this time of celebration. Italy This is my oldest nativity scene. When my son was 16 months old, we traveled to Italy during the Christmas break to visit my younger brother who lived in Rome at the time.
