Inspired by Jodie to Style my Yellow Plaid Cardigan 3 ways

A few months ago, Jodie (Jtouchofstyle) shared a yellow plaid cardigan from BelongUSAstyle that she paired with her camo pants. In her post, she shares 5 ways to style those pants but the yellow plaid cardigan really stuck in my mind. When it went on sale during the Christmas season I decided to order it in hopes that I would enjoy it as much as she did.

Styling how to wear camo for fall

I knew I could pair it with my camo jeans but that it probably would pair with many other things in my closet. With our mild winters (most of the time), I can wear it 3 season out of the year!

Here is my copycat look: camo pants, white tank and instead of slip on sneakers I wore my white sneakers. This is probably my favorite but the cardigan is such a great length and weight and softness that I also like it quite a lot in my other outfits.

My four year old took this picture with a little of his brother. I wore this on our way to North Carolina and it was the perfect outfit for a road trip, picnic by the lake (this was such a nice rest area) and an afternoon at the park.

Here are the other ways I wore it: I probably wore it 3 times in the first week I received it in the mail.

I have other ways I want to wear this cardigan but since I am trying to give equal opportunity to all of my clothes in my closet, I haven’t had to time yet to wear them!
