Sari Skirt Style: 5 Ways
There are more than 5 ways to style your reversible sari Skirt (Jodie printed me a list of 14 ways), but these are the ones I have tried so far. I am just loving the versatility of this skirt as well as the print. It is a lot of fun to wear and to surprise my friends by saying that “yes, it’s the same skirt! This skirt is from a boutique based in Arizona called Just Be You Tiful. You can find her on Facebook.
Right Side Up
This is the first time I wore the skirt. It was a cooler day, so I was able to wear my crochet sweater with it. I like the cropped length so the skirt can shine. The under layer of the wrap skirt is the reversible side, so it gives a mixed print look.
Reversible Side
Because I liked the black side of the reversible side (it is more grey the way it is supposed to be worn), I needed to cover the waist band because it couldn’t go through the slit the tie is supposed to go through. I chose a wide belt for that purpose. Love this print!
As a dress, with a belt
Halftees are so handy! It was perfect to make the skirt as a dress appropriate for church. I could have worn my black Halftee but I like the contrast the white gives and how it repeats the white in the print and the sneakers.
As a dress, print mix look
Isn’t this a fun look! I really love all the different things you can do with this skirt!
As a vest
Here it is as a vest! It was pretty funny that morning because I was looking for my black tank top and couldn’t find it. Finally, I pulled my grey tank to wear and then I remembered: the black tank was in pile folded up pile of clothes to pack for our vacation. I tend to start packing or putting aside clothes for vacation way in advance (in this case 4 weeks ahead of time) so I can tweak what I plan to wear and pack for a trip. That way, I typically pack lighter and with less things that won’t be worn.

I really love the idea of using it as a long flowy vest! I haven’t had (or seen) a skirt like this since I was a young girl. I used to love my 2 sided sari skirt.

Love this versatile piece on you, and all of the ways you styled it! It is extra special since you got it while visiting Jodie. What a great vacation piece it would make-you could pack really light since it is so incredibly versatile thanks for sharing, and have a good week!

Cool! One thing and so many possibilities! I really liked this styling with a woolen sweater. It would be perfect for cold days.

True: I have a lace long sleeve HALFTEE that would be perfect and a turtle neck would me nee.
