Athleisure Wear for Fall

I have visited Arizona twice in the last 4 years and have loved that state. I love the cacti, the dry heat (vs the humid heat) and the different fauna and flora you see. So when I came across this sweatshirt when I was in Uptown Cheapskate here in Atlanta this summer, I had to pick it up. It wasn’t inexpensive by thrifting standards, but I love it enough to pay $10-12 it was.

I don’t wear athletic outfits much unless I am running or walking for exercise, but I do enjoy wearing a pair of joggers with a graphic tee or a sweatshirt. I bought this pair of joggers before going to Costa Rica a couple years ago as they would dry quickly. I also liked the pockets where I could stash phone and keys.

I think the key to a put-together athleisure outfit is the fit and what pair of shoes you pair with your outfit. I always put on a pair of earrings, often times choosing a large pair to dress up my outfit.

My Calvin Klein sneakers are perfect for giving the outfit that little extra. They aren’t canvas so they will wipe easily if they get dirty and the contrasting black and white is really fun. Bo shared a similar pair paired with a skirt a couple months ago and I reached out to her to see what brand they were.

The fun little star earrings will come to the beach with me, and maybe the whole outfit! I am struggling with what I want to bring because I keep changing my mind. I definitely want some casual comfortable outfits and it sometimes gets cool and windy. This would be perfect!

I always think it’s funny how I can pack so minimally for a 2 week trip to Europe, but a week at the beach has me over packing and wanting to bring all the things.

How do you do athleisure wear?
