Outfit Inspiration with White Jacket: Colorful Jackets Part 4
I’ve always found a white denim jacket to be an easy piece to style. This thrifted one from a couple years ago replaced an older thrifted one that was starting to look grungy. I would say that my favorite way to wear a white topper like this is over a dress: to me it represents spring style at its best.
I went to Pinterest to find some inspiration to create today’s outfit! One of the first outfits I saw had my name! And then since I haven’t been wearing my skinnies much, I decided to diy some rips in this pair! They would then be my edgy jeans! I still need to work on fraying them and throwing in the wash/dryer.
I then went back to a post from March 2022 where I recapped some of my favorite looks with my denim jacket and here are the looks I had shared then.

I too love a white denim jacket and have one for our warmer summer months. I won’t be wearing it though until past June as it would be far too brrrrr at the moment!
I do love your jacket with the black but it goges so well with all the other colours – and the trees are so lovely at this time of the year!

I buy white denim jackets, then I donate them because I don’t know what to wear with them. I think it’s because they’re just a bit too long which throws off the whole look. Thanks for the tips.

Great looks but my faves are the monochromatic black with the white jacket and the maxi dress with the jacket. I scored a white denim jacket for next to nothing – maybe even free?? – when we had a schoolwide garage sale on the campus where I worked before I retired. Our reading specialist was selling the jacket and I think I got it for a $1.00. Have worn it several times every year over the 15 years or so since I purchased it. Great buy!! We are already moving into AC season as I imagine you are, too. Thinking I need to pull my jacket out forefront in the closet so I am reminded to reach for it.
