Thrifted Outfit Head to Toe for less than $25
When I put this outfit together, I realized that it was thrifted head to toe. Who says you cannot dress on trend on a budget? After most of January shopping my closet, the temptation to shop with some gift cash was too strong and feeling a little moody the last week of that month, I went on some thrifting adventures. I did purge and sold a few pieces that I hadn’t worn in the last 2 years, so my closet reflects more who I am now. The 2 new thrifted pieces in this outfit are the pants and top.
Both were found at the consignment store, Uptown Cheapskate, the top from my local one and the other from one of the stores in Kennesaw. Both were on clearance for 80% off and each piece of clothing cost $3.39. The snakeskin pants are from H&M. Since the hem was partly undone on one leg, I went ahead and took out the hem out on both sides since I liked that length better.
Giveaway win Vivaia boots, an older thrifted denim jacket and a thrifted necklace ($3) complete the look. I believe my earrings were $11 and part of a fair trade subscription box years ago. So the complete look is just at $25! I think that is pretty impressive.
I added the scarf for the pictures as the day was actually on the cooler side. We started at 30 degrees and plateaued in the afternoon at 45 degrees. Not bad for a Georgia winter day. The sunshine was a gift since we’ve had a lot of rain this winter!
We had to fight the mud a little to take these pictures. They added a gate to the gazebo area so you can walk around it but with the past rain, you definitely had to watch your step. I do love this area for a change of scenery for pictures. I also sometimes run here with friends on the 2+ mile trail.
Look at that blue sky! This park also has a sports complex and some playgrounds, and is a great place to bring the kids. We often see ducks, geese and turtles here, but I think it was too cold for the turtles that day.
I was quite pleased with this outfit and am glad that I tried these pants. The print was a little out of my comfort zone but once I tried them on, I was sold!

I love this outfit, Mireille! And the fact that it’s all thrifted is even better. I’m afraid thrifting has become a bit of an addiction for me. It’s like a treasure hunt.

I was really pleased with my finds. I really have found some great pieces thrifting lately, part of it is going to different stores and finding some new shops.

Bravo, bravo!! I just love that you bought these pants. The advantage of thrifting is you can take a chance and not feel bad because they don’t break the bank. And I love how you just adjusted the hem and made them perfect.

What great-looking finds for a stunning $3.39 apiece! Isn’t it terrific when you get items that work well together on a thrifting outing? It’s so easy to make that first outfit. I love how this came together with the denim jacket and scarf.

It was a successful week for thrifting for sure. I have loved that scarf since I got it even if I don’t wear it as much anymore. It’s years old!

I think those pants are so cute – and love them with that colour jumper! I’m so here for thrifting and it’s great you were able to sell some of your things that no longer served you!
