Camo with Teal for Spring

I have had different camo pieces in my closet over the years, but I think my camo pants have been the most worn. Between this pair of camo jeans and a sand color pair, I have come up with numerous outfits. When my sister in law gave me this teal cardigan in January, I knew it would pair well with these pants.

I guess camo can be considered a neutral: I don’t think any color won’t go with it. I have worn it with rust, yellow, pink, red… of course some color combination work better than others with my skin tone, but camo is really versatile.

Now that it is about to be spring, you’ll see me wearing my white sneakers a lot more. I love the contrast and comfort they bring to an outfit. The cardigan which is a hand me down from my sister in law is too tight to stay buttoned, so I used a clear elastic to create a “knot”.

After enjoying wearing my winter scarves, I am going to try to make an effort to wear my spring scarves: I have quite a few and I haven’t worn them much the past year or two. This was a 10c thrifted one and it’s pretty fun with the different patterns and colors on it.

I wear these pants year round even in the winter because they have such a great fit. I can wear booties with them if it is chilly and in the summer, I wear them with a tank top.
