I have been trying to go thrifting every other month, preferably with my mom to find some unique pieces and just to have fun on a budget. This past month, I picked up my mom and we hit her local consignment store and a nearby St. Vincent de Paul thrift store. We have frequented both of these stores together twice. I chose this pretty floral dress I picked up on clearance from Target last fall (style for fall here) and wore it to church where my son took these pictures. This Spring break vacation took us to the Red River Gorge area in Eastern Kentucky. I will be sharing our scenic hikes over the next few weeks, but today I wanted to share the outfits I wore on our hikes and outings. I did a great job packing this vacation as I wore everything but a pair of earrings. I haven’t bought anything this month in the way of clothing and it feels really good! As I mentioned in Friday’s post, I really needed a budget reset and shopping for non essential items was the first place I made cuts.
