Pascha Outfit: Modcloth skirt for the Win!

My floral Modcloth skirt is a fan favorite and also a favorite of mine. Here are the two post (here and here) where I have already featured it and I wanted to continue to show its versatility with new outtfit. I chose to wear this on Orthodox Easter (Pascha) this Sunday. I felt that is was a great way to celebrate the resurrection, with an outfit full of cheer and happiness with sunny colors and white!

Of course, I had to take some pictures at my favorite bench as the spring background of new leaves makes for a pretty backdrop. This outfit is actually quite budget friendly coming to less than $90 including shoes and earrings. The sandals and denim jacket are several years old while the earrings and skirt were bought last summer. The shirt was a fun find for $8 at Ross in January or February. By thrifting, you could probably come up with a similar outfit for about $25. Just use the formula of floral skirt, stripe shirt and denim jacket.

I had to show the movement of this skirt again, it is one of my favorite feature: the twirl factor is superb! I also love having pockets.

These Payless sandals have really surprised me with their comfort. I have worn them hours at a time with no pain and I do not twist my foot in them. I do not wear them very often but I think they are going on year 3 and they still look on trend so they are keepers.

I find that I like to tuck my shirts in with this skirt and I chose this striped shirt for a change from my other striped outfit with this skirt. I love the muted stripe and the shoulder detail: not bad for $8 and very comfortable. I will be wearing it soon with my camo joggers.
