Picture Perfect: When the Backdrop is too Pretty not to Take Pictures

I had not planned to take blog outfit pictures when we visited the shopping area of Bridgeway Station in Mauldin, a small town on the outskirts of Greenville, SC. I had seen pictures online of this picturesque area boasting restaurants and shops in a European style architecture. This beautiful area centers on a plaza and the boys and I imagined ourselves in Italy. You can see more pictures of Bridgeway Station in this past post.

I chose to pack flowy pants for this trip, so my pants from Just Beautiful boutique were on the agenda. I love the fun sequin panels (which you cannot see in these pictures, but you can in last year’s post) and the classic dark navy color.

A few years ago, I thrifted 2 grey t-shirts and I wear them a lot and tend to pack them when traveling. They are comfortable and very versatile. I just added a colorful necklace and some bracelets to add a little fun to a plain outfit.

Oh, I miss Europe! I do want to go back, but we talked about going to Iceland when my oldest graduates college (which is still a couple years away). My husband and I have talked about going on a cruise in Alaska next year for our 25th anniversary, but maybe we should just go back to France or Spain. I do think that they did a great job with this shopping area. The pictures online grab your attention so that you want to go visit the area and the restaurant selection was really good. The plaza is beautiful. There were not many shops, but I think more will come with time. There are also apartments here and it sure would be a fun place to live if one was single!

A bientôt!
