Another Fun Look from Just BeYoutiful Boutique

One of my funnest shopping experience every year is when I shop at Just BeYoutiful Boutique in Surprise, AZ with Jodie. This year, I really struck gold and came home with a lot of fun clothes and I have been wearing them all since then. This look combines 2 pieces from the boutique with my accessories and a cute bodysuit-like tank I found in Scottsdale. I wore this to my son’s yearly physical: he is running cross country again this fall.

I was all ready to check out when someone pointed out the bolero and I knew this little piece of sunshine would be a great addition to my closet. Need to cover a sleeveless dress for church? Check. Add a little color over a tank top? Check! It was very inexpensive (at $10 I think) and I love the color!

The pants are part Italian silk and so soft and comfortable, and there is a cute side slit with a panel with sequins. It is a great pair of pants I can wear 3 seasons out of the year!

I have worn the pants with a navy halter top and am looking forward to seeing how I can style them for cooler weather. I also have worn the bolero with one of my dress and realizing that I really like short sleeve toppers, I am now searching for a short sleeve denim jacket. I have 2 inspiration pictures of what I am looking for, but would rather not go the obvious fast fashion route, so I am patiently waiting for the right piece.

The weather is starting to cool of, but I have at least another month of wearing sandals. I keep going back and forth with whether I want to get a pedicure. I think I would rather spend the money on something else!

In this picture, you can peek at the sequin panel! It is a fun detail! My thrifted clutch was just the right accessory to carry my essentials!

A bientôt!

Thanks, Laura! I don’t wear this to meets, but I definitely pick up my son from practices a lot more stylish than most moms, lol!

Those pants are so dramatic that they could easily be the statement piece in an outfit, but I like how the sunny yellow bolero and colorful necklace brings more attention back to the top.

I’m loving that bolero with the pants…it’s the perfect silhouette.
And you could always cut off the sleeves of a long sleeve denim jacket to make it short-sleeved….make it a raw edge and down the road, I could always hem it for you.
So glad you love JBY as much as I do…it’s so nice to support the local small businesses this way.

I was just thinking about that for a short sleeve denim jacket. I have seen a few while thrifting that were interesting enough that would have been cute with the sleeves cut short. Yes, I enjoy supporting smaller business, and she has such a fun selection of clothes.

I love your short sleeve bolero jacket! It was a great find, and so cute in the sunshiny yellow color. I have a few short sleeve toppers, I like them a lot and they are very versatile. The bolero looks great with your wide leg pants. They are so unusual and fun with the sequin trim, it really makes them special. Thanks for sharing this inspirational look, and hope you have a good week.
