More Holiday Outfit Inspiration
I am having so much fun shopping my closet and coming up with outfits that are festive that I decided to share a few more daily outfits today. These were worn in the past 2 weeks.
I thrifted this fun dress a couple of years ago and I had forgotten about it until I switched out the rest of my dresses for winter. It’s fun and comfortable and because the belt didn’t come with it, I use mine with it. I love the contrast with this white one from Amazon and my thrifted boots. As an aside, nothing keeps you humble as your child asking you why you have so much blubber: my youngest asked me that at church while he was hugging me: and I was a little bloated lol!
This is what I wore for my MIL funeral: while I wore it because this was her favorite skirt of mine, the outfit also work for the season. I layered up creatively with a lace Halftee, a body suit and a dress turned into a vest. Just as an aside, you can use MIREILLE20 for 20% of Halftees. I am wearing a white lace one above.
Snowflake earrings, a fun scarf and combat boots and a oversized sweatshirt with a pearl detail makes for a festive items. I love the colors in this thrifted scarf and how it turns this outfit into a festive one.
I went Christmas shopping with my sister in law. She lives near all of the stores in Kennesaw, so we got together for shopping and lunch. It was a lot of fun! I wore a thrifted sparkly top and tank, and jeans from a local boutique. I thought the scarf and the pumps (which I will be sharing next Wednesday) added a festive touch.
I really liked this outfit. I did break the bracelet when I went to drop off sheetrock and such at the dump (I did change out of this cute furry white top to do that). The grey top is a hand-me-down and the jeans thrifted. I am so glad I got a couple pairs of grey boots/booties last year: I really like to wear grey in the winter.
A bientôt!

You look lovely in all of these outfits, and I’m sure your mother-in-law would appreciate the thought you put into your outfit. I love that sweatshirt with the holes in the arms, but I would freeze in it!

Kids!! You’re not blubbery at all.
And good job using your own belt.
I’m with you that grey boots are a fabulous neutral for the season.
Love the looks,
