I started this blogging journey on March 6, 2019. Today I am sharing my top 5 posts and some fun stats.

I have 20 blog followers and 186 Instagram followers. I have had 23,171 views (which is different than a visitor: a visitor might visit once and read 3 blog post, and that would show as 3 views). I have 2718 comments and my best day was 254 views. My visitors come from all over the world (thanks to the time I take to link up to other awesome bloggets link ups). An example was that Mondays’ visitors came from the US, Finland, Netherlands, Italy, Australia, Serbia and Bulgaria! Pretty cool!

#1 Inspired by Jo Lynne

Coming in at #1 with views is a fashion post with 371 views. Jo Lynne Shanne is actually one of the first fashion bloggers I started following. I do love the outfit that I modeled after hers and it started me back to wearing my white denim jacket again.

#2 Inspired by Jaymie Ashcraft

Another inspired by post comes in second with 285 views. Jaymie inspired me to combine 2 colors that I usually don’t.

One peasant blouse 4 ways

This is actually not one of my favorite blouse since is is a little boxy but I love the colors and the details so I still wear it and try to find a good combo with it. I do like that particular combo in the following picture! The blog post had 282 views.

This is actually one of my favorite posts. It comes in at 238 views. This skirt is my inspiration to add more awesome skirts to my closet in 2020.

There you have it! My top posts for 2019. It might be that they had more views because of the subject matter or that I linked my posts to more blog link ups. I am enjoying my blogging journey making online friends and have met my first fellow blogger Tania from 50 is not old a couple months ago! I have learned about style, places and have enjoyed getting a peek in their lives. Blogging is fun!

    Congratulations on your first year of blogging. We seem to be on a similar journey as I too started around a year ago. I love the writing and photography but find the IT quite a challenge. As you say it’s fun and that is the way I look at it too. I have no idea what my stats are. I need the app. Happy New Year to you!

      I am using wordpress so it shows me all of the stats for the blog. Congrats on you and your blog too. I love reading your posts.

      It was pretty fun! It took me a minute to figure out how to access that particular stat, since I usually just look at the daily stuff every so often.

    I honestly thought you had been blogging so much longer than that! I was surprised when I read that on earlier post.. I love watching my stats and seeing how those numbers change (and hopefully grow!) over time.

      I will take that as a compliment! I was reading blogs for a couple of years and thinking about it and developed some online friendships by commenting early on. I am very greatful for one of my friends designing my site. Been fun so far!
