Today, I wanted to share a few things that are making me happy lately!

Trager Grill

My husband bought himself a Traeger smoker grill for his birthday. He has always enjoyed grilling but he now enjoys it even more and likes to experiment. Even I have used it a few times! The last thing he grilled were some spare ribs and before that a couple of chickens. He usually goes to Ingles on Saturday to see what is on sale, does a little research and smokes/grills away. It has been fun to have some extra meat around to house to add to my planned menu.

Closet Beautification

As I have brought new things into my closet and gotten rid of the old, I decided to create a couple pretty spaces to display a few things so they are more accessible and will look pretty too! I bought these 2 key ring racks on Amazon as a set and am using one for my belt and the other for some of my pendants.

The wine rack was not serving any purpose in a corner of my room so now it holds my 2 fall hats.

Last I have had this round box forever and decided it looks pretty on the floor with my chuncky scarves. My other scarves are hanging next to my earrings.

It had been a while since I had won a giveway and I am always saying that I don’t use any products on my face so this was a fun basket for me. I have been using the products for the last week. I also love the Anjolee earrings and have been wearing them everyday this week!

First 5K with my son

This was a lot of fun! It was cold and dark as we waited for the race to start but we were there with a friend and our neighbor so the time went by quickly. We enjoyed jogging/walking but by the midway point I was ready to really get a move on it. I left my son with my friend and ran the rest of the way. I was pleased with my time since I walked half of it. Looking forward to do another one (but probably minus my child).
