Daily Outfits with Blazers for Spring

The weather here in Georgia is weird: you can have a 30 degree jump during the day especially in the transitional months. So the opportunity for lighter layers can be fleeting and I wanted to take advantage of some of those days to wear my thrifted blazers. And yes, you can wear blazers even if you do not work in an office. I am a stay at home mom and enjoy adding a little structure to my outfits with a blazer.

Black Blazer

Last time I shared this black blazer, I recreate an IG outfit, so today, I wanted to wear a different way. I actually am wearing the same graphic tee in both, I guess I really like the contrast with white!

Zebra Blazer

I am not sure that this jacket is really a blazer, but it is structured like one, so I decided to add here today! Can you believe I thrifted it for a dollar or 2! It is fun with so much: with color like here or over a column of white (here is the post where I first shared it). Looking at those pictures and wearing it again makes me want to wear it more often! Such a fun pattern and the sleeves are the perfect length for spring!

Brown Blazer

When coming up with a new outfit with something I have worn many times, I try to think of a little twist to add some interest. Today, that twist is a scarf threaded through the button holes of the blazer. And I had forgotten about these fun denim like pants I had thrifted until I started switching out a little part of my wardrobe: some of my jeans will be soon be put away for my cropped ones: it gets hot here very quickly and no jeans are worn past May!

Polka Dot Blazer

I wore this to church one Sunday: I really like fitted blazers more than oversized ones as I find them easier to style. I have worn all of my blazers over a dress at some point.

I really enjoy how you show the versatility of blazers outside of the office. Each look feels fresh and approachable, yet still polished. I love the creativity with the scarf threaded through the brown blazer. It’s a simple detail that makes a big impact. Your thrifted finds, especially the zebra blazer, show that style doesn’t have to come at a high price, and your layering tips are perfect for unpredictable spring weather.

I like fitted blazers also better then oversized ones. And love to wear them, also as a outdoor jacket when it’s warmer. Enjoy your Easter weekend.

Great inspiration for transitional outfits with blazers! Blazers and jackets can easily be dressed down, and are a great option for more structured casual outfits. I agree that a fitted or slightly fitted jacket is so much easier to style than an oversized one. I love your butterfly earrings in your first photo! Hope you have a lovely Easter holiday and thanks for sharing.

It’s probably the cut of the ones you have tried that don’t work on you. I really like the more fitted and kind of cropped ones.
