Another Late Fall Outfit with Olive

I wasn’t planning to share this simple late fall outfit, but my boys really wanted to take pictures for me when we visited Lookout Mountain and Rock City (Chattanooga, TN), so I obliged. There were so many cool spots to take pictures that I got a lot of pictures of them too. I will be sharing more about Rock City in a few weeks.

Since the temperature was going to be in the 80s that day, I decided to wear a pair of shorts. It was overcast thankfully so it actually was pretty enjoyable. I bought these Puma sneakers last year to wear in Costa Rica and I love that they are comfortable and don’t look dirty. Any dirt blends in with the camo print and usually can be wiped off.

I thrifted the olive top this summer and it is really comfortable. I follow several IG ladies that talk about quality of fabrics and clothes that don’t feel like tablecloths and plastic, and this shirt is really soft and gauzy. It really wears well.

The purse is one of my favorite fall ones, from a local boutique. It is big enough to carry a water bottle and snacks which I did on this outing. I typically wear it crossbody.

Rock City’s admission has gone up in price over the years, but I think it is still worth it. There are many rock formations to see, beautiful views and even a fairytale land with old German dolls to explore. We have visited it several times over the years and I would visit it again.

This last spot was really fun, it was called the hall of the mountain king and made us think of the Lord of the Rings. The lighting was pretty cool with the swirly lights. My late fall outfit was perfect for a warm fall day.

A bientôt!
