Knotted Sweater and Jeans for Winter -

I thrifted this sweater a couple weeks before our Thanksgiving break and loved the color and how soft it was. I hesitated because I wasn’t sure if I could wear it solo, but decided it would be fun to play with since it was like nothing in my closet. For this outfit, I wore it with a Halftee under, but felt like I needed a tank top under since my jeans were not as high waisted as I thought. I will try that next as well as wear it backwards with a pendant.

When I packed for this trip, I knew it would be colder at the end of the week. The first part of the trip, I was able to wear shorts and t-shirts and we played in the ocean. You saw in my outfit recap post that it was very mild. However the last two days while it was beautiful and sunny, it windy and that wind had a bite!

I love how my chunky necklace fills in the space and creates a statement. I had someone ask if it was marble once, lol! That would be pretty heavy if it was, but I understand why they thought so, since it has a marbled look.

We were very blessed with this vacation as my parents were well that week, the weather was beautiful and my oldest even got to fly in a day earlier than he had planned. We swam, we sat and read, we biked and we relaxed. We also did sleep very well: that fresh air and activity made for some early bedtimes!

I am looking forward to playing around with this sweater, so be prepared to seeing it restyled again on the blog before winter is over!
