October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. When my friend Ada reached out to me about collaborating one day and showcasing pink, I jumped at the opportunity. While I did love all of my outfits on this trip, it was a little warm at times. I am itching to wear some fall clothes but we are still having some pretty warm temperatures and Charleston was a few degrees warmer than Atlanta. Without further ado, here is what I wore! While I said I would not be shopping till the new year, I have decided that not spending money equals to not really shopping. So I was able to purchase a few things without spending a dime by redeeming credit card points for a $50 gift card and finally reached my $20 on the Ibotta app to redeem for cash. I was able to get this dress and the hat at Target for 20% off. The Ibotta points paid for a TjMaxx dress on clearance and I have about 10 dollars left. I am concluding my review of my September look by sharing my fallish looks. If it is too warm, I try to incorporate fall with colors and textures or prints. Every year, on the first Monday of September we celebrate Labor Day. The day celebrates the social and economic achievements of American workers. As on other holidays celebrating our country, its history and its people I like to wear patriotic colors without being overly obvious about it.
